Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Land.
3+ years of experience in residential construction Single-Family Land Acquisitions
Residential land acquisition experience in single-family or in-fill projects
Experience in Land Acquisitions, Entitlements, Planning and Development
