KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain organization of items in the tool room, digitally and physically
Set up and stage tooling for upcoming jobs; set up tool numbers in CNC machines
Monitor tool performance on parts that are being produced
Identify and implement tooling-related improvements
Research/work with tooling vendors to expand our existing tooling capabilities and improve efficiencies with new technologies
Order and receive tooling, work holdings, and coolant
Ownership of tooling budget
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL:
Prefer 3-5 years (or more) of experience as a machinist
Have expertise in metalworking
Have knowledge of CNC programming
Be highly organized
Be a problem solver
COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
80 hours paid time off your first year and 128 hours your second year. Get an additional 8 PTO hours each year (up to a maximum of 200 hours per year)
