Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient HRIS Analyst to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in managing HR systems, including design, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize system usage and data management processes, supporting HR initiatives and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support HR systems, ensuring their effective design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Partner with internal teams to define system requirements, process improvements, and data management strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues, ensuring the accurate display and integrity of HR data across systems.
  • Develop and maintain reports: Create ad-hoc and standardized reports to meet business needs, define report logic, and provide insights into HR data.
  • Ensure smooth system updates and releases, including testing, identifying impacts, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the implementation and enhancement of HRIS modules and functionalities, with a focus on process automation and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including system training and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Monitor and maintain adherence to data management policies, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data inputs and outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and management teams to identify solutions to system-related inquiries and recommend improvements.
  • Deliver training to end-users, ensuring they understand system functionality and capabilities.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a professional HR capacity or a related field.
  • Proven experience with HR Systems such as SAP/SuccessFactors, ADP Enterprise, Workday, or other Core HR/Payroll systems.
  • Experience with Talent Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone on Demand) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong skills in report writing tools and ability to define system solutions for process automation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail, time-management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
