The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From order entry to customer and vendor relations, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Looking for proficiency with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) order entry and accounting software.
Responsibilities
Ensure effective communication both internally and externally with customers and vnedors
Place purchase orders for shop supplies, safety equipment, and packaging supplies
Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
Daily order entry and invoicing
Input bank deposits
Provide monthly statements to customers
Weekly fabrication reports
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience preferred, but not a must with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) accounting and order entry software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
