Job Description:

Our client, a financial services firm in Greenville is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support one of their leading individuals. The ideal candidate will be sharp, professional, and able to multi-task to keep this leader on track.

Responsibilities
  • Support executive with coordinating his calendar and keeping his schedule on track throughout the day
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Collaborate and interact with clients, strengthening those relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and figure things out
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Interest or experience in the financial services industry

Compensation:
  • $45,000-70,000 depending on experience
  • Additional yearly bonus up to $12k
  • PTO
  • Health care premium paid for 100% by company
  • HSA
  • Simple IRA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-4:30 or 8:30-5pm on-site
