Our client, a financial services firm in Greenville is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support one of their leading individuals. The ideal candidate will be sharp, professional, and able to multi-task to keep this leader on track.
Responsibilities
Support executive with coordinating his calendar and keeping his schedule on track throughout the day
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Collaborate and interact with clients, strengthening those relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and figure things out
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Interest or experience in the financial services industry
Compensation:
$45,000-70,000 depending on experience
Additional yearly bonus up to $12k
