Our client, a software company in Greenville, is looking to bring on an Administrative Assistant in a part-time capacity to support their Greenville office on-site.
This role has potential to move into a full-time position in the future. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of administrative support experience with a trustworthy, positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer phone calls
Schedule and arrange meetings, handling logistics such as catering orders and setting up rooms
Update event schedule and book rooms for events
File, scan, and print documents as needed
Proofread documents and presentations
Oversee facility maintenance and vendor relationships
Help with general company communications
Support marketing department on special projects
Manage social media accounts
Assist with employee training and onboarding
Order supplies and materials
Book travel arrangements for executive team
Responsible for ingoing and outgoing mail
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
2-3 years of similar experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to keep information confidential
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner
Strong experience in Microsoft Office program with ability to create documents
Schedule:
Must be on-site Monday through Friday at Greenville office
Approximately 20 hours per week - either mornings or afternoons
