The ideal candidate will collaborate with the a lead advisor in preparing, presenting, and implementing customized financial plans for new and current clients. The selected candidate will be able to contribute to the business through a broad skillset from financial planning & analysis and business partnering skills.
Responsibilities:
Offer investment advisory services to existing clients under the leadership of a lead Financial Advisor
Assist clients with annuities, life, long-term care, and managed money/marketable securities while adhering to the process
Analyze and identify changes in client's financial matters and recommend appropriate adjustments and new products suited to their financial plan
Coordinate with back-office operations to support client service functions (document processing, trades, (re)allocations, withdrawals, RMDs, beneficiary changes, etc.)
Prepare materials for client reviews
Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
Contribute to meeting team and individual goals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 2+ years of experience in the finance industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Will be presenting in seminars so needs to be comfortable in that setting
65 or 66 Series or able to get within 6 months
Life and Health or ability to obtain within 6 months
Math skills - will be working with financial calculator
