As our Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from concept to completion within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll ensure timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met, while leading cross-functional teams to success. In this role, you already know that each day will bring a different opportunity, such as: • Maintain accurate records of project milestones, quality inspections, changes in scope, and other relevant documentation. • Provide timely reports to senior management and customers. • Collaborate across engineering, production, quality and supply chain to manage project risks, resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational and customer goals. • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. • Assess and mitigate risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality, addressing issues such as supply chain disruptions, resource constraints, and equipment failures. • Ensure adherence to industry standards and environmental, health, and safety regulations, and promote best practices throughout the program life cycle. • Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of required materials, components, and services, resolving any issues that may affect program outcomes. • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence.
