We have an exciting opportunity for a talented administrative professional to work for dynamic privately held organization. This highly visible position provides administrative support for the sales efforts of the company. This is a Monday-Friday on site position.

This position has the following responsibilities: • Management and coordination of all the administrative tasks necessary to support the go-to- market strategies and challenges of the Sales Department • Direct support to one or more Sales Managers; supporting their needs in servicing the customers • Attending and offering administrative support during in-town Sales Shows • Preparing product price quotes for customers • Preparing sales reports as needed using system generated reporting and Excel-based formats • Prepare correspondence for Sales Managers, addressed to customers, manufacturer's representatives and sales brokers • Responding to customer inquiries and requests • Processing Product Sample Orders - enter sample orders in system, perform quality checks and facilitate shipment/fulfillment • Coordinate travel plans of sales managers. • Coordinate Sales Shows, including manager schedules, travel and entertainment scheduling. • Prepare expense reports for assigned Sales Managers.
Requirements: • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in an administrative support role. • Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheets; knowledge using intermediate to advanced Excel features. • Strong written and verbal communication skills essential. • Well organized, with strong multi-tasking skills-set. • Looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills. • Strong customer service orientation. • The ability to work independently and on a team
