Title of Job: Consumer Experience Analyst
Location: Hopkins, MN
CSI Companies is hiring a Consumer Experience Analyst for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minnetonka, MN (near the intersection of Green Oak Dr. and Bren Rd E).
Job Summary
The Consumer Experience Analyst is primarily responsible for proactively identifying potential impacts to consumers, drive process improvements, and collaborate with leadership to enhance the overall success of operations. This role will play a key part in the real-time monitoring and analysis of consumer experiences across digital and service delivery journeys.
Pay: $35.25 - 42.25 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday Normal Business Hours (Ex. 8am-5pm, 7:30-4pm etc.)

Status: Long-Term Consultant. Long term consultant, no end date, with good job stability. There is always potential for conversion to FTE status with the client for the right employee upon business needs. Almost all of the positions within this client start off as a consultant due to being a Fortune 100 company.
Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately
Job Duties:
Analyze operational data, including NPS trends, consumer feedback, digital portal interactions, and key consumer metrics to identify areas for process improvement and optimize costs
Work with teams across Workforce Management, Consumer Resolution Center (CRC), Product, Claims, IT, Sales, Enrollment, and Provider Ops to implement consumer experience enhancements
Actively monitor live War Room efforts, CRC trends, and potential technology outages that may impact the consumer experience
Monitor and interpret operational dashboards, performance metrics, and reports to track key consumer experience impacts and overall operational performance
Deliver presentations to senior leadership, ensuring that data and insights are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives
Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the development of operational goals and initiatives focused on improving consumer experiences
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in analyzing large datasets
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Highly Preferred
Large corporation experience
Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
