Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Licensed Electrical Service Manager to oversee our electrical service operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the electrical industry, demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of electricians and service technicians, ensuring high standards of work and safety practices.
Project Management: Oversee electrical service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work complies with state and local electrical codes and regulations. Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for service projects, tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies, safety procedures, and best practices in electrical service.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Provide technical support for complex electrical issues, guiding the team in diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project progress, team performance, and service metrics to upper management.
Qualifications:
State Electrical License (required)
5-10 years of experience in the electrical field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in electrical diagnostic tools and software.
