Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the needs of our growing organization.

Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Leverage digital and social media, advanced sourcing techniques, and employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Experience in building and scaling high-performing talent acquisition teams that attract and retain top talent.
Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, consistently driving team success and fostering positive relationships.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
Strong knowledge of global technology ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
Experience with talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Strong understanding of IT industry trends and job market conditions.
Proficient in social media recruitment and employer branding strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
