Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the advisor while providing superior customer service to existing clients and prospects. Position requires employee to perform industry specific tasks such as application submission, account servicing tasks including withdrawals, CRM management, and appointment preparation. Other responsibilities include development of positive client relationships and compliance support.

Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree minimum
Minimum 2+ years working in an office/client service environment, preferably in financial services
Strong technology skills, highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn new software quickly
Willing to obtain Securities Industry license and/or PA health & life insurance license
Responsibilities:
This Office Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help the advisor prepare for and follow-up on appointments. Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include:
Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner
Record notes from every client conversation in the CRM
Complete and process new business applications
Create and update appropriate client file for each account
Complete and process account servicing paperwork
Update records to reflect account service or new business status
Manage advisor's calendar and prep for all client meetings
Attend seminars/workshops and follow up with seminar attendees
Work independently and proactively to meet personal and business goals
Salary:
$40,000-$50,000+, based on experience
