This unique opportunity involves overseeing daily operations in a luxurious 8,800 sq. ft. condo, managing a team that includes three housekeepers, and a full-time nanny. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage household staff and streamline operations for cleaning and maintenance.
Conduct performance reviews and support staff professional development.
Oversee budgets, track expenses, and maintain inventory of household supplies.
Coordinate property maintenance, including inspections and vendor management.
Plan and execute family events and ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish for communication with staff and vendors.
Proven experience managing large properties and leading household staff.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
