Office/Scheduling/Insurance Coordinator Wanted

We're seeking an experienced, motivated professional to join our team as an Office/Scheduling/Insurance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining a productive schedule, keeping collections current, and assist patients with insurance benefits and treatment plans.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and screening calls that come in
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Greeting and checking in patients when they come in
  • Obtaining billing information
  • Providing account assistance
  • Maintaining accurate medical records
