Banner Peak Health is hiring. We are a Concierge Medical practice in the East Bay with one simple objective: to give our members the best healthcare experience possible. We are hiring a Medical Receptionist/Hospitality Lead that will maintain our high-quality standards.
We are looking for an experienced, personable and empathic person that can fill this role.
Role Description
Patient Care: Greet patients, review chart demographics and forms, assist patients will filling out forms.
Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, reminder calls, ensure patients have necessary information prior to appointment.
Communication: Answer phones, forward calls as necessary, take/forward messages appropriately.
Office operations: Maintain reception area and lobby; keep it clean and inviting, follow policies and procedures, available to help cross-cover when other admin personnel are out, use practice management workflow software, assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Previous experience in a medical office or receptionist role, experience in Concierge Medicine is a plus
