The Purchasing and Scheduling Clerk will support the Product Team in ensuring the accurate and timely input of data related to inventory, purchasing, logistics, and production for Cream Co. Meats. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining data integrity across Cream Co.'s supply chain systems, including inventory control, vendor management, and production planning. The Purchasing and Scheduling Clerk will work closely with the Product Team to streamline operations, track key metrics, and ensure all inventory-related data is accurately recorded and accessible for all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in data management software, ensuring data consistency and quality across the board.
Qualifications:
Proven proficiency in data entry and data management, with experience using ERP and WMS platforms (e.g., NetSuite or similar systems).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain detailed records and documentation for daily and weekly review.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage informative tables, charts, and reports.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relay important data to the Product Team and other stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with inventory control procedures, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes.
