We seek an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead and manage production activities in our Las Vegas fabrication shop. In this role, you will oversee the construction of HVAC sheet metal products and custom components, ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and top-tier quality.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control: Implement daily QA plans and address issues, ensuring all products meet high standards.
Scheduling & Planning: Coordinate daily work activities, allocate resources efficiently, and manage project timelines.
Safety Management: Maintain a safe and organized workspace, collaborating with the Safety Manager for ongoing training and compliance.
Production Oversight: Set production goals, manage team performance, and ensure projects are completed under budget.
Process Improvement: Continuously enhance production processes for optimal efficiency.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
5-10 years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing, with HVAC industry experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Local and stable work history required.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of Autodesk Fabrication or similar software is preferred.
