Meridiana Texas is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Systems Coordinator to maintain our sales and marketing systems. The Marketing Systems Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the sales database, monitoring inventory, system communications, and maintaining the inner workings of the WordPress site. These functions directly contribute to home sales and drive marketing efforts. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and works with Meridiana's Marketing Managers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional plans are implemented and the brand is followed
- Weekly and monthly audits of the Salesforce database
- Analyzing and reporting of sales and traffic data
- Build reports to reflect relevant and requested data
- Drive efforts to optimize efficiency and productivity within the systems
- Build and implement automation processes within the system (workflows, process builder, formulas, assignment rules, and email alerts)
- Maintain the WordPress site and make edits as needed
- Train team members as needed on system tasks
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making with marketing and sales perspective
Requirements
Salesforce/Propertybase experience is preferred
WordPress experience is required
digital marketing experience is a bonus
Takes initiative and searches for processes to improve performance
