We are Currently seeking to hire an insurance broker to join our team. You will be responsible for driving company revenue, through converting inbound calls into new business.
Responsibilities:
- Availability from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. (11am-7pm shift is also available)
- Convert inbound phone calls from prospective customers into new business.
- Manage personal book of business, assisting clients with any questions or concerns they may have.
Qualifications:
- Active or past life insurance license is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
Our brokers receive 10-15, exclusive, inbound live call transfers per day through company provided lead generation sources. You will NOT need to cold call, set appointments, or do any in home meetings with clients. Our brokers are fully vested form the first day of working within the organization, and own their book of business, even if they leave the organization.
