Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation for all IT projects and enhancements to align with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
Lead key initiatives to ensure projects are delivered within the defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Monitor and enforce compliance with governance standards across the IT portfolio, maintaining high standards of quality and control.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on project status, risks, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives.
Facilitate IT change management processes, including preparing and delivering training materials in collaboration with IT colleagues and business partners.
Support the creation, implementation, and continuous optimization of IT policies, processes, and standards that enhance security, stability, and scalability.
Analyze existing IT workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, translating business needs into technical specifications and deliverables.
Maintain the IT contract library, track vendor performance, and manage contract renewals effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven experience in IT project coordination, management, governance, or a similar role.

Demonstrated experience with IT governance frameworks, change management, and continuous improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in IT contract management.
Technical knowledge in distributed computing, enterprise security, and/or DevOps is an asset.
