Job Description:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing subscription and redemption documents needed for investments
  • Responsible for organization and retention of legal documents related to investments
  • Auditing and organizeinglegal records for previous investments to ensure they are accurate and well-maintained
  • Providing corporate resolutions for investments and maintain them in good order
  • Responsible for all KYC / AML and due diligence requirements for all investments and all entities with support from current staff
  • Working with counsel for real estate transactions as well as other independent legal projects
  • Maintaining real estate transaction documentation, tax filings and others in good order
  • Previous experience in alternative investment management documentation
  • Responsible for liaison with registered agent
  • Maintaining all corporate documents in good order as well as all the required yearly compliance
  • Assisting with bank account opening and KYC required by banks
