Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our organization. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and be adept at managing multiple candidate pipelines to meet urgent hiring needs. This role requires comprehensive expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a diverse range of positions. You will leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Paycom ATS to identify candidates, manage the recruitment process, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on candidate selection and interviewing best practices. Your ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers will ensure a seamless recruitment experience. You will also stay current on employment laws and recruitment best practices, participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
  • Utilize recruitment technology (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems) to proactively source, track, and engage talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse talent pool and meet organizational hiring goals.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of high-volume recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Human Resources Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
