Role Description
This is an on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Buffalo, NY. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the firm, including managing phone calls and correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, client correspondence, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Greet and assist visitors.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Filing both electronic and paper tax returns and various forms.
Qualifications
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Preferred: Prior administrative experience
Excellent phone etiquette
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
