Position Responsibilities:
Manage CEO's incoming calls and emails
Manage CEO's calendar and travel
Assist CEO with listing appointments and seller communications
Compile reports for various entities for CEO review
Schedule and ensure that dept heads meet monthly to review financials to approve books for all companies & review for discrepancies just like a board of directors.
Keep Trisha & Allen informed of any problems or issues that need to be handled outside of your capabilities.
Handle client communications and complaints as needed
Manage client and team birthday/anniversary gifts
Support and coordinate all new business initiatives and assist as needed in creating and documenting the systems around initiatives.
Assist CEO with personal tasks as needed
