Are you an Audit Sr passionate about tax strategy and client service? We're seeking a dynamic Audit Senior to join our esteemed CPA firm in Irvine. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance: 3 days a week in our office, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
3+ years' of professional tax auditing experience
Extensive experience in tax planning and compliance.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage staff on engagement deliverables (such as financial statements, tax returns, work papers, etc.); complete technical and strategic reviews as a member of the final engagement review team to ensure quality control standards are met; ensure on-time delivery and on-budget
Mentor and support a talented team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Build and maintain client relationships, offering proactive guidance and strategic solutions.
