The Role
Our ideal candidate is a Partnership Manager who is a team player, loves starting new connections, scaling business opportunities, and has a tremendous passion for tech and beauty. This candidate will be experienced in partnership management or business development and is ready to grow a cutting-edge startup. This candidate should be a skilled leader with an innovative mindset that can develop unique and compelling partnerships.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding and maintaining our network of board certified surgeons. You will be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing B2B relationships, ensuring success while building new business opportunities. Collaborating with the executive team to define and execute partnership strategies that will help surgeons optimize this business. You will work closely with our HubSpot CRM system to track and manage partner interactions and performance.
The Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships Development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
Take ownership of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets, metrics, and objectives
Market Analysis and Research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
Act as the primary point of contact for surgeons addressing their needs, conduct regular check-ins, and executing partnership effectiveness
Drive efforts to optimize the Net Promoter Score, gauging customer satisfaction and loyalty, and implementing improvements based on feedback
Enhance customer retention and reduce churn, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty among the surgeons
Develop and implement a strategic plan for partnership growth, targeting key performance indicators, and aligning company objective
A little about you
4+ years of experience in leading Partnerships, Strategic Account Management and/or Business Development in a fast-paced startup
Demonstrated sense of urgency and burning passion for achieving results
Experienced in the industry of Plastic Surgery, and/or Cosmetic Derm
Building and maintaining high-level B2B relationships
Exceptional communication and negotiation skill
Relentless drive to win and overcome challenges
Strong in using CRM tools, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
