Responsibilities
As the District Manager you will:
Use your business acumen, efficiency, and problem?solving skills to drive the business.
Build and develop a team committed to creating a great experience for our customers in all of the district's stores.
Communicate clear expectations and hold the district's store managers and yourself accountable to achieving results.
Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently throughout the district.
Establish trust with the teams in the face of opposing beliefs, values or perspectives.
Remain composed in the face of challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
Model our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Qualifications
You will also have:
2+ years as a District Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business.
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - 100,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
