StevenDouglas Interim Resources Division is seeking a Director of Client Service to join our Interim Resources Division - Miami, FL team. About the Role:
Lead and continually develop new client business opportunities by cultivating relationships with C-Suite and Executive level management in Accounting, and Finance.
Generate new business by creating long-term relationships with former employers and co-workers, attend networking events and professional organizations.
Schedule and attend meeting with current and prospective Clients to increase revenue opportunities and develop a strategy for closing business.
Evaluate client needs and provide Interim Resource recommendations, clarify the scope, identify business solutions, present qualified Associates to the Client and negotiate billing arrangements.
Ability to respond creatively, quickly and effectively with high energy and urgency to clients' needs.
Conduct follow-up activities with Clients and Associates to ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed and on top of market service line trends.
Continuously grow and expand the StevenDouglas footprint and service capabilities.

Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree, preferably with an Accounting, Finance or related field concentration.
Required Skills:
Reside in South Florida, preferably in Dade County.
2+ years of Business Development experience selling professional services into senior director or executive level at mid-large sized companies
In lieu of Business Development experience, minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience, public accounting firm or corporate accounting, preferably in the Miami market
Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and decision maker with a consultative approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
