Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Wilson Health to conduct a search for their next Vice President of Ancillary Services.

The healthcare system includes the Wilson Memorial Hospital, various physician practices, and outpatient facilities, all working together to ensure access to high-quality, affordable healthcare. As an independent, community hospital Wilson Memorial Hospital serves a geographic area encompassing towns in primarily Shelby County but also communities in Miami, Auglaize, Logan, and Darke counties.

The Vice President of Ancillary Services is responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations across several departments, including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, Pharmacy, Imaging, Cardiac Cath Lab, Sports Medicine, Laboratory, Plant Operations, Environmental Services, and Nutrition Services. This role ensures that all departments meet regulatory and compliance standards while delivering patient care that is efficient, cost-effective, and of the highest quality. Reporting to the COO/CFO, the VP of Ancillary Services is also a key member of the organization's Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field is required; master's degree preferred.
• Five plus years of leadership experience at a senior level required.
