Job Description:

A manufacturer is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. This role covers a month-long medical leave but has the potential to turn into something long-term.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering company phones
  • Stocking the cafe, vending machine, and conference room fridges
  • Basic cleaning of meeting rooms after meetings have taken place
  • Sorting and scanning mail
  • Managing deliveries
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in an administrative role
  • Excellent people skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work onsite M-F
