As a Customer Service Representative / Brand Ambassador for Jude Connally, you will be the voice of our brand to both e-commerce customers and our specialty retail partners. You will ensure that every interaction reflects our brand's high standards, providing personalized assistance, processing reorders, and helping customers discover and enjoy the Jude Connally experience. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for delivering best-in-class customer service. • Serve as the primary contact for Jude Connally e-commerce customers and specialty boutique partners, addressing all inquiries via phone, email, & CRM tool. • Handle boutique reorders with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring seamless product restocking for our specialty partners. • Deliver personalized service by assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice, while maintaining a thorough knowledge of Jude Connally's collections. • Proactively reach out to boutique partners to manage reorder cycles, product availability, and ensure their needs are consistently met. • Resolve customer issues such as order discrepancies, returns, exchanges, and damaged items with grace, reflecting the Jude Connally standard for excellence. • Serve as a passionate Brand Ambassador, communicating our brand story, philosophy, and product highlights to both customers and boutique partners. • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to help shape future collections and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements: • Minimum 1 years' experience in customer service - preferably in fashion • Must be a sales-oriented person. • Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information regarding our product offering. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech. • Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in an fast-paced environment. • Highly energetic and a positive attitude.
