Job Title: Patient Account Representative

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour (Paid Weekly) | Full-Time with Benefits

Key Details:
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with an 8:00 - 8:30 AM start time
  • Must be willing to come onsite for the first 3 days in Federal Way, WA
  • Team Bonding: Onsite one Wednesday per month for fun team-building activities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Complete full training (in-office) and handle the entire process of obtaining authorizations
  • Receive work items, create authorization forms, and send them to payers
  • Follow up on the status of the authorization to ensure the process is completed from start to finish
  • Engage with both patients and teammates in a supportive and relationship-focused work environment
