Key Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with an 8:00 - 8:30 AM start time
Must be willing to come onsite for the first 3 days in Federal Way, WA
Team Bonding: Onsite one Wednesday per month for fun team-building activities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Complete full training (in-office) and handle the entire process of obtaining authorizations
Receive work items, create authorization forms, and send them to payers
Follow up on the status of the authorization to ensure the process is completed from start to finish
Engage with both patients and teammates in a supportive and relationship-focused work environment
