Job Description:

As our lead Product Manager, you'll own large and company-critical product initiatives end-to-end. We're seeking user experience experts to help companies better collect and analyze their customer feedback to improve their business and customer experience. You'll tackle everything from strategic planning to product development and public launch. You'll be talking to our customers, partners, and internal teams such as Sales and Customer Success to get input and build world class products.

Liftify is a fast-growing Indianapolis based company that helps businesses build their online reputation and make the data collected actionable.

What you'll be doing
  • You'll be mentored/working closely with a senior product executive who is operating on a fractional basis to formulate the plan, strategy, and operations of shipping product
  • You'll tackle everything from strategic planning to product development and public launch
  • You'll be talking to our customers, partners, and internal teams such as Sales and Customer Success to get input and build world class products
  • You will need to understand the needs of Liftify users better than anyone (including themselves)
  • Lead the end-to-end ideation, development, and launch of amazing products
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product prioritization and decision-making

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, with a track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products
  • Proven experience in developing product strategies and driving product roadmaps aligned with company objectives
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present product visions to stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and customer needs
  • High drive and high ownership and accountability to team KPIs
  • Strong skills in communication, presenting, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally
