An Employee Services Representative is a human resources (HR) professional who manages the last part of the recruiting/hiring process: onboarding. Onboarding refers to the methods companies use to integrate new employees into the workforce by helping them efficiently and successfully onboard into their position.
Ultimately, you organize and facilitate our company's onboarding procedures for new hires.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare onboarding paperwork and other necessary materials
Communicate with candidates to help them complete their onboarding documents
Maintain and organize all candidate onboarding documents and information
Ensure federal, state, and company compliance with onboarding policies, standards, and regulations
Craft and send emails to clients and candidates with information regarding the steps, requirements, and status of the onboarding process
Process all onboarding paperwork, including the application documents, tax forms, I9s, and any client documents
Schedule drug screenings as needed
Request and run background screenings as needed
Complete E-Verify as needed
Requirements:
At least 3 years of Data Entry Experience
1 Year of Applicant Tracking System Experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
