We are seeking an experienced Computational Scientist to support cutting-edge research in our clients Immuno-Oncology department. This role focuses on the analysis of complex, large-scale datasets related to RNA, TCR, ADT, and ATAC-seq technologies.
Pay Rate: $50-$62/hr, depending on experience
Duration: 1-year contract with potential extension
Responsibilities:
Partner with oncology researchers to provide data-driven insights from high-dimensional single-cell and bulk sequencing datasets.
Design and implement robust analytical methodologies to explore disease biology, driving innovation and supporting clinical research objectives.
Manage and prepare raw datasets, ensuring they are streamlined for analysis.
Maintain clear documentation of analysis processes and workflow, while communicating findings effectively to collaborators and stakeholders.
Requirements:
PhD or Master's degree (with significant industry experience) in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a closely related discipline.
Strong programming skills in R, Python, and shell scripting.
Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and high-performance computing environments.
In-depth experience with single-cell sequencing data analysis (RNA, TCR, ADT, ATAC), including advanced methods like: Multimodal data integration, Advanced cell typing approaches, Clonotype and TCR-sequence analysis.
Solid understanding of immuno-oncology, innate immune responses, and T cell biology.
