What You Will Be Doing
Supervise, manage, schedule construction work
Review plans and oversee construction on roads, curbs, gutters, etc
Schedule public works and other inspections
SWPPP and erosion control responsibility
Review city and utility plans
What You Need for this Position
3+ years of experience as an offsite superintendent and/or land development manager
Experience with a single family builder preferred
SWPPP
