We're an established design and construction firm in the MEP industry and currently we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Phoenix, AZ operation.
What You Will Be Doing
Collaborate and coordinate with the GC, Architect, Engineers, Owner and other project members
Plan all phases of the construction project (start-to-finish)
Review project contracts
Manage project labor and material budgets
Ensure projects are completed on time and in line with project requirements
Track project progress
Manage project documentation
Ensure field teams have all tools, materials and documents needed for the projects
Spearhead material take-off accurary
Manage site logistics like water, heavy equipment, safety, parking, etc
Ensure all safety and environmental policies of the company are followed
What You Need For This Position
Highschool Diploma or GED
3+ years of Hotel or Multi-Family ground up construction experience
Good exposure & knowledge of MEP construction projects
