Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of multiple projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing
Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables
Ensure that all project milestones are met and that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications
Provide regular project status updates to all stakeholders
Manage project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Heavy Civil, Transportation, or Wastewater industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with project management software and tools
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
PMP certification is preferred but not required
