Job Summary The HVAC Facilities Specialist will be instrumental in maintaining and repairing electrical, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing systems. This role involves performing routine building maintenance, adjusting doors and locks, and ensuring facilities are safe and well-maintained.
Job Responsibilities: Maintain electrical lighting, HVAC and generator systems. Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects. Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks. Inspect and test fire protection systems. Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities. Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or carpentry. Commercial HVAC experience a strong plus. Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner. Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs. A valid driver's license
