We are seeking a skilled Windows Server Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Windows Server environments, Nutanix, Active Directory, and Azure. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our on-premises and cloud infrastructure, implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA), and ensuring the security and availability of our systems.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Windows Server Administrator, with expertise in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Experience with Nutanix
Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019, or later).
Experience with multi-factor authentication solutions and configuration.
Familiarity with cloud services and concepts, particularly in hybrid environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Admin)
What You Will Be DoingWindows Server Management: Administer and support Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Active Directory Administration: Manage Active Directory, including user and group management, GPOs, and security permissions.
Nutanix: Requires technical expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, software-defined storage, and networking
Azure/Azure Active Directory: Implement and manage Azure AD services, including synchronization with on-premises directories and cloud-based identity solutions.
Infrastructure Management: Support the hybrid infrastructure, optimizing performance and ensuring reliability across on-premises and cloud environments.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Configure and manage MFA solutions to enhance security for user authentication.
MX Records Management: Configure and manage MX records to ensure proper email routing and delivery for our organization.
Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans for server and data integrity.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance, generate reports, and address any issues that arise to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support various projects and initiatives.
Security Best Practices: Implement and enforce security measures, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
