Cisco Phone Routing/Configuration . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining, configuring, and optimizing our network infrastructure, with a special emphasis on managing and configuring Cisco phone systems (CUCM, VoIP, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco-based network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
Lead the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and other Cisco telephony systems
Optimize and maintain Cisco VoIP solutions, ensuring smooth call routing and phone system performance
Monitor and maintain network security, including firewall and VPN configurations
Diagnose and resolve network issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime
Collaborate with IT teams to implement scalable and secure network designs
Maintain up-to-date documentation on network configurations and changes
Provide support for network infrastructure expansions, upgrades, and migrations
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies for network security and performance
Perform regular audits of network operations, including telephony systems, to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
Key Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in network administration, with a strong focus on Cisco technologies
Expertise in Cisco Phone Routing and Configuration (CUCM, VoIP, SIP, etc.) is essential
Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.)
Experience with network security , including firewall management and VPN solutions
Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network and telephony issues
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Experience with network monitoring tools and systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
