TA CoordinatorResponsibilities:
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and send confirmations and reminders
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial phone screenings
Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering inquiries
Handle administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining candidate databases and organizing recruitment files
TA CoordinatorRequirements:
1+ years of relevant HR experience or HR internship experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable handling paperwork
