A well-known and growing organization with corporate headquarters in Brookfield is seeking a Talent Coordinator for long-term contract of at least 1-2 years. This is a full-time Monday through Friday and hybrid position working two to three days after training period. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related degree plus at least 6 months to a year of business experience preferably in the HR space. RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee candidate scheduling, travel, and logistics, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Coordinate interviews, manage preboarding tasks (background checks, drug screens), and maintain accurate ATS data.
Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders, delivering branded messaging and timely updates.
Build reports and metrics to guide recruitment strategies and implement process improvements using data-driven insights.
Automate and enhance recruitment processes with technology, ensuring efficiency in scheduling and communication.
Manage recruitment events, vendor relationships, and temporary/contract hiring efforts.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain confidentiality, and lead talent acquisition projects.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
At least 6 months to a year of relevant business experience preferably in the HR or Talent space.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft applications and strong aptitude for software technologies.
