8-12 years' experience in Project Management- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, track progress, manage budgets, and ensure quality gate checks.
Technical Troubleshooting and Testing: Experience in testing, programming, and troubleshooting electrical protection devices.
Job Description
This position will be responsible for driving the Fault location, isolation, and service restoration (FLISR) program across multiple OpCos-
Lead, coordinate, and drive the process from design and construction to devices installation to integration with ADMS
Work with field and FLISR engineer(s) to track the programming and testing of the protection devices
Ensure the quality and gate check of every stage of engineering
Support/Develop job aids for different FLISR activities
Proactively develop and manage the program budget and complete within the guided variance
Tracks issues and maintain reporting processes for smooth implementation of FLISR program and escalate to management for faster resolution of any issues.
