Are YOU ready to make an impact? Broad River Retail needs a top-notch Help Desk Analyst to work hybrid in the Fort Mill, SC area. Some travel to stores on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities
Provide support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk service requests through tickets or by phone
Ensure that all tickets are reviewed and properly acted upon before the end of each work day
Execute hardware/software upgrades and repairs as assigned
Provide support for our Storis ERP system
Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
Ensure that the help desk is physically covered during business hours
Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
Knowledge | Skills | Abilities
Two plus years of help desk experience in a Window/Mac environment
Associate's degree or above in a relevant program of study
CompTIA A+ or relevant certification a plus!
Ability to communicate technical information to a wide range of end-users, both by phone and through email
Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
Reliable and punctual for each shift
Must have a solid understanding of the following:
Windows 10 and Mac OS
Office 365
Active Directory management
ITSM (i.e. IT Ticketing System, Service Now, Remedy)
Printers, scanners, and computer peripherals
Mobile devices (iOS and Android)
Client PC connectivity (Ethernet, TCP/IP, and VPN)
