**The compensation for the role will start out at $44K during their first few weeks until they obtain their P&C Insurance license, and then will bump to $46K
Must-Haves:
4-6 years of operational leadership experience as a Trainer.
Proven experience training agents in a call center/contact center environment
Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools.
Spanish proficiency (will be required to pass an assessment).
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service trainer to train a team of 25 future agents. You will train each future Service agent to then send out into the field. We are looking for an individual who enjoys mentoring/coaching, has excellent communication skills and wants to be in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success and growth of our customer Service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Train and manage a team of future Service Agents
Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Utilize technology and communication skills to effectively train a team.
Ensure the class of agents are ready for graduation at the end of the 10-12 week training program
