Insight Global is looking for an admin assistant to work part-time for an industry-leading renewable energy company in Irvine, CA. This individual will be assisting the CEO and the HR manager, managing daily tasks including ordering supplies for the office, ordering lunch, reimbursements of recipes, reconciling credit card expenses, and other office duties. This individual needs to be onsite in Irvine, Monday through Friday from 1:00 - 5:00, and bilingual in English and Korean.
Requirements:

Order office supplies and create expenses
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
