Title: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $22-$28 per hour

Responsibilities
Handle all incoming phone calls by either routing them to the correct department or addressing their requests directly.
Review, organize, and respond to inquiries within the CRM-based case management system.
Collaborate with Inside Sales team members to create and process entry-level quotations and orders.
Warmly greet and assist visitors, manage deliveries, and related tasks.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates on the CRM system.
Oversee the management and shipping of customer product.
Organize and schedule team meetings or appointments, ensuring detailed notes are recorded during discussions.
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
