In 2004, Engineered Wood Products were added to the product line-up, once again aligning the Company with the best manufacturers in the category. Over time, the Company created its own Engineering and Customer Service division, providing specialized services and support to architects, engineers, and contractors during the design & build phase of both residential and commercial construction projects. To accommodate the accelerated growth of the business, Coastal moved into a new 260,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in 2019.

Position Overview
As a key member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible to drive internal collaboration and lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tactical marketing activities as well as the long-term strategy.This job is 100% on site in Bow, New Hampshire.
Job Responsibilities
Executes the marketing strategy that aligns with both short-term and long-term objectives.
Analyzes internal / external data, along with marketing best practices, to recommend strategic direction.
Analyzes current market exposure and identifies areas for brand recognition improvement.
Collaborates internally with various departments to produce effective strategies.
Develops, implements, and tracks marketing programs utilizing various platforms.
Produces and manages brand management content across different mediums.
Collaborates with vendors with respect to "market planning."
Partners with internal teams to develop and create marketing materials.
Manages website content updates - including SEO, meta tags, and keywords, etc.
Ensures appropriate inventory for Sales vendor marketing tools.
Collaborates with outside marketing vendor partners regarding marketing related projects.
Develops and implements various PR strategies.
Manages the design, content, and printing requirements of Coastal's products.
Ensures brand guidelines are consistently followed.
Verifies various contact lists on a regular basis.
Performs related duties as assigned.
